What are you around of? A love that lasts for life You build a wall around you and locked your heart inside I wanna be there for you, I never let you down But you don't want me around You're away with the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore You escape to the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore I know that you've been hurting, to scared to love again One thing I know for certain, I just can't be a friend This love that I imagine, can never come to be When you just want to be free You're away with the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore You escape to the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore Anymore, you don't see me, you don't need me anymore You'll think that you'll be safe there You can be wild and free But one day, someday, you'll be alone and you'll think of me And what could've been You'll think of me You're away with the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore You escape to the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore You're away with the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore You escape to the music and the mountains You don't see me, you don't need me anymore

about

‘Another Place and Time’ is Lisa Redford's new EP out April 8th and has already received airplay on Bob Harris's BBC Radio 2 show, Amazing Radio and many other Americana, folk and country stations.

The heartfelt and melodic Americana tinged songs are recorded with José McGill from renowned Americana band The Vagaband and he also plays double bass, drums, percussion, electric guitar and hammond organ. Talented musician Noel Dashwood contributes his wonderful dobro as well as ukulele, harmonies and harmonica.
